Reformed Hormonal Status in Hyperandrogenism through Ayurvedic Management with <i>Yoga</i> and <i>Prānāyāma</i> in a Known Case of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome - A Case Report

چکیده
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is the commonest endocrinological disorder of women in reproductive age group. It characterized by oligo/anovulation, hyperandrogenism, and raised Luteinizing Hormone: Follicle Stimulating Hormone ratio. Elevated levels Hormone, contribute to hyperandrogenism altered ratio between Hormone. The present case report discusses Ayurvedic management - a diagnosed Syndrome. patient was as having Ārtava Kṣaya with Mukhadūṣikā subjected for 6 months commencing Śodhana followed Śamana. A remarkable improvement obtained after course treatment.
